If he were a journalist or a writing editor or a teacher who is teaching young children how to write, then absolutely. But people aren’t going to be influenced how to write by this guy and if his spelling and grammar errors actually annoy you this much, then don’t follow them.

I am talking about Democrats who get elected to high office. Almost all, with few exceptions (AOC, Gavin Newsom), I hear from them is “reaching out,” “bipartisanship,” etc. They do not stand up to Republicans. They are so obsessed with “going high,” “being better,” “being the grownups in the room,” “proper procedure,” etc that they get run over repeatedly…and keep up the same charade, over and over.Insanity is continuing to repeat the same thing but expecting different results. Especially when the Tomlinism My Coach shirt  you are doing that with only reply with LOL and LMAO. President Biden, for all his good points, still thinks he lives in the days when Ronald Reagan and Tip O’Neill hashed out deals over lunch. “Bipartisanship” is good if the people you are trying to be bipartisan with are acting in good faith. Republicans have not, at least not since Newt Gingrich (I was around then and remember well when Bill Clinton jumped on his bandwagon).Republicans bring weapons (figuratively, but increasingly literally). Dems today bring Robert’s Rules Of Order and Emily Post’s Book of Etiquette. Nancy Pelosi could have refused to seat the Republicans who aided the insurrection and had law and the Constitution (14th Amendment) on her side. She chose not to, and look where we are today with them in control in the House, ready to do their Dear Leader’s bidding. Merrick Garland punted his responsibility to Jack Smith. I believe it was so he could actually do nothing but say “See? I tried. There was nothing I could do.” And, yes, I’ve heard all his defences: “meticulous,” “methodical,” “building an airtight case,” “Kazcynski/Gotti/McVeigh,” etc. I come from a long line of FDR New Dealers. My grandfather had an oil portrait of FDR in his living room. He would be ashamed at how today’s Dems give up too much, too fast. I usually vote Dem out of necessity, but my sympathies are with Bernie Sanders, the Greens and Socialist Party USA. They are what Dems used to be, pre-Clinton/DLC. If Trump walks back into the WH, they will be asking to “negotiate” with him, even as he installs himself as dictator. All the downvotes in the world will not change that. I was kicked off r/democrats for saying this. I’m not budging until I see proof otherwise. This sub is called Progressive Democrats. What today’s Dems do is, for the most part, not progressive. They have been so obsessed with the “mushy middle” (which no longer exists) and being “centrist” that they have largely forsaken progressivism.
