For broadcasters and investors, that is what fans are screaming out for. Yes, we have some plastic, but God it’s better than anywhere else. When the ROI of the PL runs out, I think the Bundesliga exactly because of it’s 50+1 is going to be seen as the truly best place to experience football as its meant to be enjoyed. That hopefully converts to broadcast deals and global interest and we can distinguish ourselves from the rest of the landscape of American, Arab, Chinese, etc owned hedge fund brands.

Everyone was just on top of one another in a dense area If parking was easily accessible around say the dequindre cut, Eastern Market or north between Mack and 75, the dispersion would be less dense when you have 65000 people spreading out away from Ford Field. In a perfect world there would also be a people mover stop for people to park at like Cobo and not have a 2 mile walk back to parking. We used to do that with Wings games parking at Greektown.
