There are people with “normal”, non-lazy eyes that aren’t attractive, maybe because of shape or size or iris color or maybe even just the emotional expression of the person (because they’re always in a bad mood or whatever). Perhaps it’s reasonable that your surgically corrected eyes are more attractive than some people’s non-surgically corrected, unattractive eyes.
