But if we go back to that super egotistical person; the person who KNOWS he’s the best player ever and wants to prove it. What better way to prove it. He squared up against Trout and he won. He was humble about it, but he won the question we all wanted answered. His motivations would not be to make Trout look bad. It would be “what is the most impressive thing I could do in this sport?” Does switching to a winner and winning make that claim? Not really, but kinda in guess. It adds to the lore for sure. But imagine a big market team that hasn’t won in 2 decades despite having the best player in the league for a decade. Imagine betting on yourself (once you get confirmation your organization is also betting on you), and then succeeding. That’s simply looking at the unconscious ego side of things. That’s not looking into his loyalty. His preferences. His history. Maybe he takes the Kevin Durant path and chases a ring, but I feel like he’s gonna be a Halo until Perry decides to get off the Ohtani train.

I sweat quite easily despite not weighing a Superman Colin Holderman Pittsburgh Pirates Shirt. I have struggled to find tops that suit me. The two I now run in are Nike Aeroswift racerback tops (not cheap but you can find them on special and second hand) for anything circa 17 degrees celsius or higher, and I found the Allbirds natural run tee. It’s ventilated, it breathes well, but has just a limited amount of merino wool. I found that 100% merino wool tops were way too hot for me even in very cold conditions, and this has been the perfect running tops in conditions ranging from 5-18 degrees celsius or so. Also good at dealing with the rain, you will still get a bit of drizzle on you, but yeah. It’s been a surprise hit with me after years of failing to find a good cold weather option
