If it makes you happy to hear, I refuse to be defined by my lazy eye. I won’t avoid clothes I love because I’m ‘too ugly’ to wear it. I won’t treat myself like I don’t deserve nice things even if the Original In Loving Memory Sasha Braus Shirt acts like I should. Though I will avoid eye contact still.

People are more willing to interact with me, reward my comments, and are less likely to argue with me — even on the extremely technical IT subreddits.
