When Delores spent his first night actually out with the other chickens in the Nakatomi Plaza Die Hard Christmas Ugly Sweater, I was anxious about how he would handle himself, as he was pretty shy. I suppose I should have done something about the name – but Delores responded to “Delores” and appeared fine with it. (Also, my Aunt Delores would have been devastated if I changed his name.) A friend suggested calling him “Del” – which sort of made sense – but that sounded like he was lead singer in a retro 60’s band. As long as Delores didn’t mind – and let’s face it, he didn’t care – I was perfectly content to have a sweet rooster named Delores.

Rugby has something the NFL lacks — the tantalising prospect of representing your country in a meaningful international competition. Other shops and department stores such as Saks Fith Avenue, Tiffany’s, Nike Town, Apple, Nieman Marcus, Louis Vuitton, Macy’s, Swarvoski Crystal, and many others. Another attraction is the historical Westin st. Francis Grand Hotel which is directly across from the Powell side of the square. You might want to check out the Sony Metreon center at the corner of Forth and Mission. There is a park and plaza area behind the center for rekaxing and people watching.
