The key part was that by doing this, Carolina effectively neutered the entire RFA market for the next eight years. The big-market teams figured to be making runs at the small-market RFAs with impunity, and what Carolina did just completely wiped that out by restoring some type of equilibrium.

My Great uncle which past away 5 years ago. He was a P-51 mustang mechanic on and he told me 2 stories of the B-29. First one was the b-29 came in & they told everyone there you get to close they will kill you on the spot no questions! And the Lance Franklin Sydney Swans 2014 – 2023 Thank You Buddy T Shirt was the story of him getting the camera one vacation, which he took nothing but pictures of his wife’s butt. . . He past away with alzheimer’s, also punched a person in the ward before passing away. My wife’s Great Grandmother, was a rosie the riveter and also in the book Don’t Call Me Rosie. She worked on the B-29 for a bit then got called to do a projected which was classified. Which was the B-36 project but she gave birth during and was on leave. Then War ended & she did not go back. The place I work at we had a few Vietnam vet’s come in one every day till his health went bad (moved back with his family now). He was a POW. He told me many times I should sign up. He never talked about it but would come every day to the store right we opened. He was missing his stomach and a few other things. I’ll never forget these stories as long as I’m alive and will tell my son once he is old enough and make sure to pass them along.
