My cycle is a few days of nothing, dried out constipation, then an enormous poo followed by extreme diarhea. Way better than once a fortnight. I’m really worried the hirshsprungs is back or the scar tissue narrowing will require major surgery by the time I’m seen.

The whole country basically got by stolen a populist party, who plundered the state coffers and let the country run amok with drugs and social disorder , forcing Filipinos to emigrate for work , and today they have elected an autocrat like Duterte to run the country. Strong hard leadership has always worked for asian countries from Mahatir to Lee Kuan Yew to Park Chung Hee, and many others. Governments need strong clear leadership and vision , not just political ideology like democracy to work. Western notions of democracy in Asia is largely trying to force a square peg into a round hole. It sounds great in theory, but does not work in practice. There have been many examples.

The weight melts off and you’re flooding your body with the nutrition you need, freeing yourself from the poisonous western diet, and reducing intestinal inflammation caused by meat product consumption. Every vegan I have ever spoken to says two weeks off meat and your body does a complete reset. You need to have motility tests performed to determine if you have pelvic floor dysfunction or a motility disorder. You also need to begin cardio exercise on a regular basis to kickstart your metabolism and stimulate the vagus nerve. Obviously since overweight people are at much higher risk of cardiac events, talk to your doctor before beginning any rigorous exercise routine, and understand the difference between good pain and bad pain when exercising. Also if you live a sedentary life you need to change that immediately.
