Dude, it freaks me out too. I have a Campeones Gigantes De Carolina Bsn 2023 Shirt enough time taking care of him and making sure his needs are met and I’m 40 with 3 other kids from my ex-wife. Odds are 99% of the time things will go relatively well-enough if her oldest watched our son for an extended period of time by himself. This kid, the 13 year old, literally turned the stovetop on to make ramen the other day while I was there and went back to his room and closed the door. I had to remind him that his water was boiling 5 minutes later. That’s to be expected, because he’s 13, but I would also expect him to treat our own son with the same irresponsible absentmindedness… What’s additionally worrisome about the situation is that the 13 year old has been spending more time taking care of his middle half-brother, who’s 4 from another father, than their mom has since he was 3 and the oldest being 12. My ex is totally grooming her oldest to be the de-facto parent in her absence while she’s at work and until recently her middle son was being fed nothing but junk food while she was away. It’s turned into a Lord of the Flies situation with her middle son, where the oldest kid is raising him and there just isn’t a lot of actual parenting occurring.

It’s really amazing and infuriating how little people care to know about American history and laws. I try to get ahold of as much as I can. My wife and I are in our mid 40s and she just really learned about the Tulsa Massacre and the reasons behind it LAST NIGHT AT DINNER. We have two kids, one in college and the other starting senior year of high school. With all the stuff the GOP has been trying, they have both got heavily involved in learning what’s really at play and where a lot of it has deep roots in. This isn’t stuff taught is school (and they are fortunate to attend a very good public school where right winger nut jobs have been kept off the school board, ironically in a fairly red area), this is stuff they have gone out and picked up on their own. It seems more and more of the younger generation is catching on as well and I hope it continues. We need to stop this idea of “American Exceptionalism” and pull the cover off history. It’s good to celebrate the many accomplishments but it’s not healthy to keep all these dirty secrets hidden. Kinda like the old saying that if you keep emotions and secrets bottled up for too long, you’ll get ulcers. Well America has done that and what we are seeing a lot of now is the impact of those ulcers. I’m no doctor, so have no idea if that actually causes ulcers, just something over heard growing up from multiple sources.
