Winning against Wisconsin last year to regain the Axe after a nearly fifteen-year hiatus. But nothing close to moving the needle on the national stage.

It’s improved over last year but Denzel Burke is still a dumpster fire and I’m not convinced they can handle an offense with a pulse just yet. I think this is the game where we find out about Stroud. Penn State goes up big early but can’t stop the running game in the second half and it comes down to a Noah Ruggles field goal.
